Tammy Yuen has a broad range of litigation experience. Tammy has represented clients in civil and complex commercial disputes involving securities, internal investigations, anti-trust, patent infringement, copyright, employment and white collar defense. In addition, Tammy has represented several pro bono clients including the Doe Fund, Inc. and several individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Prior to joining BSWB, Tammy was a litigation associate at two other New York law firms.
