resentative Intergovernmental Policy Advisory Committee, appointed by Ambass=
ador Brock, 1984 - 1986.  He was the first and sole insurance regulator to r=
epresent the U.S. as a member of the United States Trade Mission to the Insu=
rance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development=
 (OECD) from 1982 - 1986.=0D=0A=0D=0AMr. Foudree was a founding member of th=
e Board of Directors of the Journal of Insurance Regulation from 1982 - 1989=
.  =0D=0A=0D=0ACurrently, he serves as a founding member of the Insurance Re=
gulatory Examiners Society Foundation, which he chaired from in 1999 and 200=
0.=0D=0A=0D=0AMr. Foudree has testified before Congress and state legislatur=
es, and he regularly speaks nationally on insurance subjects.  He has appear=
ed as an expert witness in numerous state and federal courts on insurance is=
sues.=0D=0A  =0D=0AMr. Foudree has also been recognized in both Who's Who In=
 American Law and Who=92s Who In America.=0D=0A=0D=0AHe is a graduate of the=
 University of Pennslyvania Law School (LL.M.) and Drake University Law Scho=
ol (J.D.).
