Eleftherios (Teddy) Stefas has a broad range of experience in commercial and insurance matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. Teddy has represented clients in civil and commercial disputes involving construction, environmental, products liability, breach of contract, premises liability, property and casualty and municipal liability. Most recently, Mr. Stefas successfully argued two cases before the Appellate Division First and Second Departments on behalf of Citicapital Commercial Corporation in Punch v.
