| Jeff joins BSWB after practicing law for more
than two decades at Jenner & Block, a major national law firm, where he
was elected partner in 1994. Jeff has 22 years of experience in complex
business litigation for corporate, professional, and other clients in a wide
range of areas -- including securities, contracts, business torts, health care,
professional liability, utility and design patents, and others.
Jeff's litigation practice is national in scope, taking him to the state and federal
courts of Illinois, California, Arizona, Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, Florida,
Tennessee, Kansas, Mississippi, Indiana, Georgia, and others. Jeff also has worked
on multiple federal appeals in the Supreme Court of the United States and in the
United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, Tenth,
District of Columbia, and Federal Circuits.
