Christina Salem’s practice focuses on professional liability insurance coverage,
with a concentration in directors and officers liability, investment advisors liability,
fiduciary liability and errors and omissions liability. She also serves as coverage and
monitoring counsel for major professional liability lines.
Christina joins us from a prominent New York insurance defense firm where she served
as insurance coverage and monitoring counsel in connection with a national professional
malpractice litigation program. Christina has litigated a spectrum of state and federal
matters, including coverage disputes, professional liability, and general commercial liability.
She also participated in a multi-million dollar reinsurance coverage dispute concerning Enron
forward sales agreements.
Christina graduated with honors from the George Washington University, with a dual
B.B.A. in Finance and International Business. She received her J.D. from Fordham University
School of Law and served as Editor-in-Chief of Volume 8 of the Fordham Journal of Corporate
& Financial Law, which received a United States Supreme Court citation in
Arthur Anderson, L.L.P. v. United States, 544 U.S. 696, 704 (2005).
