With experience in professional liability, financial institutions and directors and officers insurance, Teri Lee brings to the table a wealth of experience from working within the insurance industry and as an advisor to insurance industry clients. She advises insurers on coverage, underwriting, policy drafting and risk management matters and has spent a considerable amount of time in our London office advising our London market clients. In addition to consulting with insurers on underwriting and claims handling, she also consults with private clients on their risk management and insurance requirements.

Prior to joining BSWB, Teri Lee worked with a nationwide risk retention group for large law firms, She also spent several years with a large national law firm where she enjoyed an active general commercial litigation practice.

Teri Lee co-authored with Theodore A. Boundas a chapter in the book, The ART of Risk Management, by Christopher L. Culp. The book, published by Wiley Finance, focuses on Alternative Risk Transfer, capital structure, and the convergence of the insurance and capital markets. The chapter addresses the convergence of insurance and investment banking in connection with Representations and Warranties Insurance and other insurance products designed to facilitate corporate transactions. It was reprinted in Structured Finance & Insurance, the ART of Managing Capital and Risk, also by Christopher Culp, published in 2006 by Wiley Finance.
