Principal

David T. Burrowes primarily represented the interests of domestic and foreign insurance companies in claims involving a variety of professional liability insurance products, including, for example, directors and officers liability policies, insurance companies and brokers errors and omissions, and employment practices liability policies. David had investigated and evaluated claims involving a wide range of alleged business wrongdoing, including antitrust, civil rights (including all types of discrimination and harassment) shareholder class and derivative claims and financial and commodities futures trading.
